What you’ll do: • Set product vision and strategy. Define the design direction for key product areas, influence roadmaps, and ensure experiences align with user needs and business goals. • Lead end-to-end product design. Guide teams from early concept exploration through polished delivery, creating prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and narratives that clarify direction and drive alignment. • Elevate craft and systems. Uphold a high bar for quality, strengthen cohesion across surfaces, and support the evolution of our design system to create consistent experiences across the ecosystem. • Mentor and manage designers. Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and structured growth, fostering a culture of excellence, exploration, and thoughtful problem-solving. • Drive cross-functional alignment. Partner closely with research, product, engineering, and marketing, translating insights into clear, actionable solutions for our users.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design or related field. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including experience developing designers and leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications: • Proven track record designing and shipping holistic, end-to-end consumer product experiences that achieve meaningful business and user outcomes. • Experience guiding products from 0 to 1, defining north-star experiences, and iterating toward product-market fit. • A refined design sensibility shaped by curiosity, critical thinking, and strong taste, paired with the ability to articulate why things work. • Strong systems-thinking • Mastery in usability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate vision, rationale, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders. • Portfolio demonstrating recent, high-impact consumer product work with clear articulation of your role, thinking, and outcomes. • Deep proficiency in Figma, with the ability to iterate quickly and explore widely. • Passion for evolving your craft, whether through emerging technologies, new tools, or new ways of working.
