What We're Looking For

As a Privacy Manager, you’ll play a focal role in bringing Welltech’s privacy programme to life. You will be part of the team managing Privacy from a legal, governance and privacy perspective.

You'll be responsible for developing and enhancing processes and products to bolster our Privacy governance programme. Your work will involve collecting and analysing the company’s processing activities , assisting in the creation of intuitive privacy tools, and supporting initiatives that advocate for responsible data use and compliance. We encourage you to take ownership of your tasks and projects. Your proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial for the success of our privacy efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & priorities

  • Design and execution of strategies

  • Prioritisation of planning, implementation and execution

• Project management: 

  • Implement processes and controls to address privacy gaps

  • Be the point of contact for internal stakeholders

  • Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity

  • Design and implement mechanisms for identifying and monitoring updates, milestones and roadblocks on privacy work

  • Support initiatives that leverage the collective capabilities of multiple teams

  • Drive accountability and key performance indicators

  • Manage dependencies, risks, and changes

  • Implement methods and capabilities to define and measure the progress and success

Required skills

• Expertise in managing programs and projects, ensuring compliance, handling legal matters, overseeing operations, or developing strategies.

• Coordinating cross-functional teams (incl. product, marketing, analytics and engineering) to achieve a unified objective.

• Maintaining transparency of programme progress to upper-level management.

• Establishing strategic priorities and showcasing the ability to achieve operational success.

• Software Engineering background and/or skills are a substantial plus

• CIPM or CIPT certifications are a substantial plus
