We are immediately seeking experienced Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech Recruiting Consultants for our perm division.

Compensation:

• Industry-leading compensation with base + uncapped commission up to 50% from day one, no thresholds!

• Ensuring high-quality delivery of talent
• Long-term development of client relationships
• Finding additional partnership opportunities with existing and new clients

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience required
• Driven, hungry, and development minded individuals

Preferences:

• Candidates with experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech recruiting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as you must interact with a number of internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced in finding creative ways to source new talent (i.e. social media, generating referrals, etc.)
