This position is needed to partner closely with sales, solutions engineering, and enterprise strategists to consult on complex, multi-product opportunities. You will scope, design, and validate how complex multi-product solutions fit into the client’s ecosystem and help paint the long-term Twilio vision for our customers. You will be a critical partner cross-functionally, working with product, engineering, and marketing to identify and share technology patterns and shifts from our clients (and prospects) to influence product strategy.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Act as a subject-matter expert for Twilio Messaging, advising customers on SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and related capabilities, while supporting internal teams with product knowledge, enablement, and solution strategy.
Design and validate scalable, secure, multi-product messaging architectures aligned to customer ecosystems and long-term Twilio adoption.
Lead deep technical discussions with customers covering APIs, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and integration best practices.
Advise on deliverability, sender strategy, throughput, fallback logic, and failure handling across messaging channels.
Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Enterprise Strategists to drive technical validation and secure the technical win in complex sales cycles.
Capture and share customer patterns, technical gaps, and emerging needs with Product and GTM teams to influence strategy and roadmap.

*Required:
Experience leading pre-sales or solution architecture engagements, including scoping, design, and technical validation in both Portuguese and English language.
Strong background in API-based, event-driven systems, with hands-on experience using REST APIs and webhooks.
Working knowledge of at least one backend language such as Node.js or Python, with prior software development or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated expertise in messaging platforms, including throughput management, retry strategies, and deliverability optimization.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across sales, engineering, and product stakeholders.
Desired:
Experience working in an overlay or specialist pre-sales capacity.
Experience collaborating with Product on roadmap or positioning.
Prior exposure to Twilio products or other CPaaS platforms.
Business-level proficiency in Spanish.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Brazil.
Travel
