The Team

You’ll be part of the Commercial Excellence team here at Pricefx, which plays a critical role in the internal coordination and process compliance. We work across the organization to implement and maintain programs, tools, and processes that improve and promote the ability of Revenue team to excel at each stage of the markerting & selling process thorugh the cusomer lifeycle.

As the Principal Campaign Operations, you will play an integral role in campaign operations and revenue enablement, delivering on data analysis and recommendations. Leverage tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and other supporting technology tools to track performance, recognize improvement opportunities, and contribute to the Commercial Excellence and Revenue team’s overall success. Use and promote various revenue-supporting technologies to track progress and performance for optimal campaign performance and return on investment.

The Commercial Excellence environment is fast-paced and requires a positive response to stress and deadlines. Work collaboratively within the Commercial Excellence team as well as cross-functionally with a self-starter attitude, initiating and engaging in daily communication and exchanges to ensure flawless support to various team members and initiatives.

Your Mission

1. Strategy

  • In partnership with the Revenue Architect, the Principal Campaign Operations will communicate, implement, and optimize new functionality and tools to improve data accuracy and engagement tracking of campaign activities, with a goal to generate better insights and ROI

  • Report on KPIs to inform and influence optimal campaign performance and revenue enablement

2. Opportunity

  • Responsible for process efficiency and improvement in revenue enablement programs and campaigns

  • Serve as an evangelist for continued adoption of suitable campaign and enablement technology to enhance program performance and deliver results for the business

3. Analytics

  • Conduct analysis on revenue enablement programs and campaign performance

  • Support program performance, execution, and attribution across Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, etc., and makes sure recommended improvements to existing processes and systems are implemented appropriately

  • Defines, extracts, reports, and interprets key metrics in a consistent and trackable campaign operations dashboard

  • Extract data and information from online reporting and databases to aid in accurate measurement of campaign performance and revenue enablement investments with various campaign managers ensuring maximum campaign potential

  • Oversee operating efficiency of campaign automation systems inclusive of lead scoring, data workflows, revenue model, and reporting.

4. Collaboration

  • Work with revenue architecture, commercial operations, and revenue enablement teams to ensure strategies between CRM and campaign platforms are aligned with the targets and objectives of the business

  • Responsible for ensuring qualified leads are captured and appropriately allocated, relaying information on best practices that will drive effective prospecting, specifically considering the service addressable market requirements for the business

What should you have to succeed?

  • At least 5 years of proven and successful experience working in a marketing, sales, or commercial operations role

  • Advanced, hands-on experience with Marketo, Marketo Measure, and Salesforce

  • Experience with using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and WordPress

  • Data-driven with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data, translate findings into actionable insights

  • Senior and Executive-level presentation skills

  • Determine ROI, program effectiveness, forecasting, and lead volume trends to support optimal campaign performance and investment

  • Strong written English language skills

  • Advanced MS Word / Powerpoint skills & proficient in MS Office

  • Proven organizational skills, high attention to detail, and superior time management

  • Ability to prioritize and simultaneously process multiple tasks while still being mindful of the big picture

  • Effectively being able to communicate with a broad range of personalities across multiple departments and constantly strive for process improvement

  • Agility and speed in executing strong writing Intellectual curiosity and ability to “get smart quick” on a wide variety of topics

  • Highly positive attitude and ability to work with all personalities and to communicate effectively

  • Enthusiast and loyal teammate for work in an intensive deadline driven, able to work effectively on multiple concurrent projects.
