The PMO Officer is acting as an internal champion for project management principles, driving a culture of continuous improvement to ensure successful delivery of projects. This position will work closely with the Chief Project Officer and Project Managers to ensure that project management processes, methodologies, and best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of projects, monitoring progress against plans and ensuring the production of agreed-upon deliverables
Facilitating change management initiatives, supporting employees during transitions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Monitor and report the status, issues, and risks of managed projects. Escalate when necessary
Lead implementation and maintenance of Project kick offs according to existing procedures
Support management of project codes and time-tracking across company
Support on development of company-wide project management tools and templates
Provide support to team members in using tools and templates rolled out by PMO Department
Develop processes and systems to enhance productivity and performance
Ensure that processes are followed accurately and tools are functioning properly
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in project management or project support role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in project management software tools (knowledge of Notion is a big plus)
Creative mindset is essential to analyze and solve problems
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
