We are seeking a strategic leader to enhance our services program management operations, driving best practices and supporting structures to improve efficiency, optimization, and consistency across the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing workflow frameworks, project management discipline components, business data management strategies, and quantitative insights tools to enable data-driven service management. This role will also involve creating upstream templates and processes.

What you will do:

  • Strategic leader to drive best practices and support structures for services program management operations to improve efficiency, optimization, and consistency across the business. 

  • Responsible for the development of: 

  • workflow frameworks,  

  • project management discipline components,  

  • business data management,  

  • quantitative insights (dashboards/tools/analysis to help enable data-driven service management),  

  • upstream templates and processes 

  • Partner with the Customer Operations leader to facilitate coordination and project execution. 

  • Provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations to executive leadership and project teams. 

  • Coordinate with regulatory teams as needed throughout service delivery. 

  • Take ownership of large-scale projects; oversee timelines and resources to ensure successful completion. 

  • Manage and update projects in program management tools. 

  • Conduct data analysis and develop business insights using data management platform and tools. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and progress. 

  • Holds teams and individuals accountable for successful project management and completion. 

  • Embrace and plan for change. 

  • Lead and promote continuous process improvement. 

  • Perform other related activities as needed or assigned by the manager. 

  • This position does not have direct reports. 

What you bring:

  • 8 +years related experience in project management, planning, tracking and business operations. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.  

  • PMP certification desired 

  • Curiosity mindset with a desire to learn. 

  • Effective communication skills and ability to interface and engage directly with customers, entry level, technical and executive level staff, and other stakeholders.  

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that deliver value for our customers. 

  • Capacity for self-motivation, self-discipline, independent initiative and creative problem-solving. 

  • Detail oriented: Attention to detail, strong technical intuition, and the ability to set and manage expectations with multiple stakeholders. 

  • A growth mindset and openness to innovative ideas with an interest in providing and receiving feedback. 

  • An ability to navigate and provide clarity in ambiguity. 

  • The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication. 

  • Superior interpersonal / communication skills, making you an effective collaborator at all levels in cross-functional teams.

Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $145,000 to $155,000. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
