Company Description

The world’s digital experiences run on something invisible: the infrastructure and software that keep them fast, reliable, and secure. At Gcore, you’ll help design and deliver that foundation for an AI-driven world.

We’re a global provider of infrastructure and software solutions for AI, cloud, network, and security, powering everything from real-time communication and streaming to enterprise AI and secure web applications. With 210+ edge locations, 50+ cloud regions, and thousands of GPUs, your work here can reach users and businesses across the globe.

You’ll collaborate with leading technology partners such as Intel, NVIDIA, Dell, and Equinix, and work on platforms that power digital products used around the world. Our vision is simple: to connect the world to AI, anywhere, anytime.

Want to work on technology that goes beyond a single product or industry?  Join a global team of 550+ professionals building infrastructure and software that supports the entire digital ecosystem.  We are currently looking for a Platform Product Analyst (PLG & Mixpanel Expert), a Data-Driven Growth Partner for our Platform team. Your focus is our Self-Service funnel. We have a powerful cloud platform where users can register, pay, and launch infrastructure on their own. Your job is to analyze their journey in Mixpanel, find friction points, and help us increase Activation and Revenue.

Job Description

You will work in a cross-functional setup:

  • Daily collaboration: You work side-by-side with our Digital Director and Platform Developers, helping them prioritize features based on data.

  • Reporting: You are part of the AI Enablement & Analytics team, meaning you have professional support and mentorship from other analysts.

What You'll Do:

  • Self-Service Optimization: Deep dive into the registration → activation → payment flow. Identify where users drop off and propose A/B tests to fix it.

  • Product Qualified Leads (PQL): Analyze usage patterns to identify high-potential customers (e.g., 'This startup just spun up 50 GPUs') and signal our Sales team to engage them.

  • Event Tracking Design: You are the owner of our tracking plan. You tell developers exactly which events and properties to track. 'If we don't track the 'Error 500' on the billing page, we are flying blind.'

  • Dashboarding: Create clear, actionable dashboards in Mixpanel for Product Managers and Execs.

  • Hypothesis Testing: Help PMs formulate and measure experiments. Did the new onboarding flow increase activation? You give the final verdict.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You are a Mixpanel Ninja. You don't just look at standard dashboards. You build complex cohorts, retention curves, and funnel steps to understand exactly what users are doing.

  • You are AI-Native. You use AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate your analysis. Need a complex JQL query for Mixpanel? You prompt it. Need to summarize user feedback? You use an LLM.

  • You have a Growth Mindset. You care about business metrics (Revenue, Conversion, Retention), not just vanity metrics (Pageviews). You are constantly looking for 'Aha! moments' that turn visitors into paying customers.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Analytics, preferably in a SaaS / PLG (Product-Led Growth) company.

  • Tooling: Mastery of Mixpanel (or Amplitude/Heap). You know how to clean data and debug events.

  • AI Workflow: Active user of AI tools for data analysis and automation.

  • Basic Technical Literacy: You can read a JSON event payload and understand SQL logic (even if you don't write complex ETLs).

  • English: Professional proficiency (C1/C2).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B Cloud/Infrastructure products.

  • Understanding of Product-Led Sales (PLS) mechanics.

  • Experience with A/B testing tools.

Additional Information

Why Gcore?

  • You will have a direct impact on our Self-Service revenue.

  • You will work with a modern stack (Mixpanel + AI tools) without legacy baggage.

  • We value data over opinion. If your analysis shows we are wrong, we change course.

Benefits:

At Gcore, we want you to do your best work and enjoy the journey. Our benefits are designed to support your growth, well-being, and life beyond work:

  • Competitive compensation

  • Flexible working hours and hybrid or remote options, depending on your role

  • Work from anywhere in the world for up to 45 days per year

  • Private medical insurance for you and your family*

  • Support for life’s important moments and celebrations

  • Language courses to help you connect and grow

  • Modern, welcoming offices with snacks, drinks, and entertainment*

  • Team sports and social activities*

Equal Opportunity Employer

We provide equal opportunity to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, disability, or any other legally protected characteristics.
