What you'll do:

• Implementing and managing performance channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads

• Creating targeted campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and lead generation

• Planning and creating conversion-focused landing pages 

• Optimizing the conversions funnel through A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey

• Consistently seeking ways to enhance and maximize results

• Generating market insights by identifying growth opportunities, staying informed about industry trends, and exploring innovative marketing strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the curve

• Working daily with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing

• B2B marketing expertise to accelerate lead generation and maximize ROI

• Excellent track record of constantly improving marketing performance (e.g., A/B testing tool kit, KPI reporting, Optimization tools)

• Outstanding communication skills combined with being goal-oriented

• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams

8,000 zł - 15,000 zł a month

- The proposed budget stands for a B2B contract (+VAT), including unlimited PTO, benefits package, and ESOP.

- A Contract of Employment is also an option that is available after specific calculations.
