ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented People Operations Generalist to provide comprehensive support in all aspects of human resources and employee relations. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, and will play a vital role in fostering a positive employee experience across the organization.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Manage all aspects of payroll administration from beginning to end

  • Familiarity with Razorpay is a bonus, though not mandatory

  • Work closely with managers, stakeholders, and employees to identify and resolve issues efficiently

  • Proficient in handling employee grievances and providing effective solutions

  • Plan and execute various People team initiatives

  • Operates adeptly, understanding people dynamics and practices, navigating challenges, fostering innovation, and advocating for best practices

  • Suggests improvements for organizational efficiency, collaborates for optimized workflows, and upholds ethical standards in decision-making

  • Analyzes data effectively to align with team goals, prioritizes tasks accordingly, and adapts to changing priorities

  • Defines goals aligned with team objectives, communicates metrics clearly, and adapts communication style with empathy

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in HR or People Operations roles, with a focus on Payroll  administration, employee relations, and HRIS management

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels of the organization

  • Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
