The People Coordinator/Generalist will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and Recruiting activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and more. This role is perfect for a highly organized and people-oriented individual who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth of our team. There are multiple openings with one role leaning more HR and other role leaning more recruiting.
What you’ll do:
Create and assist with some parts of the recruitment process, including scheduling and coordination of interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team events, surveys, and recognition programs.
Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and answering employee inquiries.
Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Participate in special HR projects as assigned by leadership.
t’s a perfect match if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in an HR or operations role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in HR or recruiting software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
The pay range for this role is $75,000- $100,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
