About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is a growth-stage startup that has built the most advanced AI voice models and AI voice products (text to speech, audiobooks creation, dubbing, and the voice library).
We launched in January 2023 and have since reached over 1 million users and partnered with the world’s largest publishers (The New Yorker, The Washington Post, The Atlantic), media companies (Super Hi-Fi, D-ID, Futuri), and gaming studios (Paradox, Cloud Imperium Games, Don’t Nod). About the role
1. Licensing: Iconic and Expert Voices
Day 1 Focus: Support the launch of Iconic domestic and international voices, ensuring seamless rollouts and maximum leverage of partnerships.
Source, sign, and launch international voices, contributing to ElevenLabs' global expansion.
Provide support for iconic voices initiatives, including:
Sourcing recognizable celebrity voices (living and deceased).
Partnering with thought leaders, influencers, and content creators.
Assist in music-related initiatives if required.
2. Partner Management
Act as a liaison to high-profile partners, fostering relationships and ensuring alignment with ElevenLabs' goals.
Host creator-focused events, such as 'How to Use ElevenLabs,' to educate and advocate for creators.
Perform general administrative tasks, including:
Preparing outreach materials and updating partner-facing collateral.
Conducting creator research projects.
Collaborate with communications teams to deliver impactful launch events that contribute to a strong media cycle.
Attend networking and creator events to enhance ElevenLabs’ visibility among key audiences.
3. Distribution Partnerships
Identify and support strategic non-revenue-generating partnerships that increase ElevenLabs' distribution and visibility.
Implement strategic initiatives such as:
Collaborations with hardware companies to expand ElevenLabs’ offerings into other platforms and markets.
Identifying new use cases that open ElevenLabs’ products to new markets and then executing

What you bring
3-4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end deal flows, from sourcing to launch.
Strong organizational skills with experience in administrative tasks and partner management.
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
