A quick snapshot…
As a talented Partners & Alliances Account Manager you will manage, develop, and grow Conga’s partner network. You will drive business with our existing partners (GSI, RSI, Distributors, Resellers, and ISVs). This is a highly collaborative role in which you will identify relevant growth opportunities and align them to our Field Sales team. In support of our partner channel, you will work closely with Conga’s marketing, customer success, product management and sales teams.
Why it’s a big deal…
· You are the main point of contact for a designated set of partners and your goal is to make them successful in driving revenue.
· You will develop a deep understanding of your partner’s business strategy and define specific Conga growth initiatives that allow us to drive greater mindshare with these partners.
· You will increase partners’ sales by identifying target accounts, joint account mapping, account planning, QBR's, defining and positioning our solutions, joint pipeline reviews and forecasting.
· You are the partner point of contact for the Conga sales team. You will develop relationships with the sales and sales engineering teams, between the sales team and partners, and support partner activities that identify new business, expand existing business or support customer renewals.
· You will support sales activities including sales enablement, account mapping, webinars, roadshows, contract negotiations, customer calls and demos.
· You will leverage your relationships within partners to further expand our executive level engagement, aligning these senior stakeholders to Conga’s senior leadership teams.
· You will report results to key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Teams, Product Teams and Executives.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
A proven track record. 5-7 years of experience in driving sales with partners, enabling partners for success and successful customer adoption of SaaS solutions. You have a history in building collaborative relationships with partners, growing existing relationships and building new ones. Experience with technology platforms and developing new solutions.
Proactive Mindset. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful; ability to drive key initiatives internally or externally. Driving and owning the operations. Execution and results oriented.
Excellent Communicator. You know what to say, and more importantly how to say it. You're comfortable talking across all levels of an organization and can influence executive stakeholders, both internally and externally. You are comfortable presenting to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. You have executive presence and the ability to influence business leaders through business value propositions.
Energetic and Collaborative. You bring energy and enthusiasm to your partners, Conga and customer relationships. You work easily across sales, technical and business teams.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
U.S base salary range:
$95,460—$152,740 USD
