NEIS, an ARMStrong Insurances Services company is seeking a Customer Support Representative as we continue to grow our team! This role supports NEIS customer service operations by analyzing information, applying policies, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities:
Research and analyze each customer inquiry to deliver accurate responses
Maintain knowledge of NEIS policies, procedures, and customer requirements
Document case activity and maintain clear progress notes
Handle customer communications professionally and promptly
Support resolution of customer concerns and questions
Collaborate with team members and follow all security and compliance standards
Job Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, positive, and adaptable demeanor
Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers
Proficient with phones, computers, and Microsoft applications
Familiarity with various file formats
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Coachable and quick to learn new concepts
Compensation and Benefits:
