NEIS, an ARMStrong Insurances Services company is seeking a Customer Support Representative as we continue to grow our team! This role supports NEIS customer service operations by analyzing information, applying policies, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Research and analyze each customer inquiry to deliver accurate responses

  • Maintain knowledge of NEIS policies, procedures, and customer requirements

  • Document case activity and maintain clear progress notes

  • Handle customer communications professionally and promptly

  • Support resolution of customer concerns and questions

  • Collaborate with team members and follow all security and compliance standards

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Professional, positive, and adaptable demeanor

  • Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers

  • Proficient with phones, computers, and Microsoft applications

  • Familiarity with various file formats

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Coachable and quick to learn new concepts

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options

  • Salary is $18 per hour

  • Weekly pay
