The Role
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager who can turn great partnerships into highly

The Partner Success Manager owns the partner experience from onboarding and launch

help partners understand the value of Connect, get their teams engaged, identify
opportunities to increase adoption, and continually find new ways to integrate Connect
into their business and customer experience.
You will work at the intersection of relationship management, technology, data,
enablement, and growth. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations,
Support, and other internal teams to remove obstacles, improve the partner experience,
and turn partner feedback into action.
The ideal person is naturally curious, highly organized, commercially minded, comfortable
with technology, and genuinely enjoys helping customers and partners succeed.

Partner Performance & Growth - Monitor partner activity, usage, and performance to identify trends, opportunities,
and potential issues. - Conduct regular partner meetings and business reviews focused on performance,
goals, progress, and opportunities. - Provide partners with meaningful reporting and insights that demonstrate the
value of Connect. - Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement and introduce additional
Connect products and services. - Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders on expansion opportunities when
appropriate. - Help develop strategies that increase partner retention, engagement, customer
utilization, and overall value.
Partner Enablement & Marketing - Work closely with Marketing to create partner-facing resources, presentations,
training materials, emails, campaigns, and other enablement tools. - Help develop messaging and campaigns that increase awareness, engagement,
and adoption of Connect. - Create and deliver compelling presentations and training that help partner teams
understand both the “why” and the “how” of Connect. - Identify what partners need to effectively promote and incorporate Connect into their customer experience.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Support, and other
internal teams to advocate for partner needs and resolve issues. - Proactively coordinate internal resources to address partner questions, challenges,
