We are seeking a highly motivated financial Analyst to join our team and support our partner incentive portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial data related to partner incentives, assisting in management of partner programs, and providing insights to optimize partner performance.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the fiscal month-end close processes, reconciliations and performing the variance analysis for partner programs.

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for partner programs. Process monthly incentive payment accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.  

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to incentive payments, working closely with internal and external teams as needed.  

  •  Review and approve the POs for partner payments in accordance with established policies, budgets, and procedure

  •   Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Finance, Sales Operations, IT and Legal to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.. 

  •   Document procedures, workflows and best practices related to partner programs, financial processes and reconciliation.  

  • Support ad-hoc analysis for annual planning and budgeting cycles related to partner programs.   

  •  Work with accounting teams on tracking and reporting partner program impact

QUALIFICATION:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

  • Minimum five years prior experience in Sales Finance & Operations, Finance, Channel Finance 

  • Prior experience supporting Channel/Alliances/Partner organizations and/or GTM investments is a plus

  •  Proficiency in MS office Suite and G-Suite   

  • Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus
