Salary: $92,000+

Specialties include, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ Affirmative therapy, personality disorders, and many more. We also offer TMS services in many locations when clinically indicated.
We Open Doors to Total Health – Be Part of the Team –
- Environment – National presence with Local Market Coverage providing patient access to a student population in an Outpatient Setting.
- Admin Support – Full Front Office staff to support all administrative needs, including scheduling and managing of all client communication with providers.
- Day-to-Day – Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 6 patients per day – College Student and staff population only!
- Benefits – Full benefits as a W2 employee working full-time – opportunity for CME allowance, Paid Malpractice Insurance with Tail, Paid Company Holidays, 401k, Paid Parental/Maternity Leave, Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance.
- Compensation – market-based competitive salary with additional earning potential.
- Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath
- Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state
- Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment
- Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience
- Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD.
- Current California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills – timely notes and documentation
