Organic Link Builder & Outreach Specialist

Job Summary: As an Off-page SEO, the primary responsibility will be to support the off-page optimization efforts of the SEO team. Your role will involve implementing strategies to improve the website& search engine rankings and increase organic traffic through various off-page SEO techniques. Key Responsibilities:

• Link Building: Collaborate with the SEO team to identify link-building opportunities and execute link-building campaigns. This includes prospecting for relevant websites, reaching out to website owners, and securing high-quality backlinks.

• Outreach and Relationship Building: Conduct outreach to bloggers, influencers, webmasters, and industry professionals to establish relationships, promote content, and acquire backlinks. Maintain a database of contacts and track the progress of communication.

• Content Promotion: Assist in promoting content assets, including articles, blog posts, infographics, and videos, across social media platforms, forums, and online communities to drive traffic and generate backlinks.

• Guest Posting: Identify posting opportunities on relevant websites and blogs. Write or coordinate the creation of high-quality guest posts that align with the website's content and objectives.

• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor research to identify their off-page SEO strategies and link-building activities. Analyze their backlink profiles and identify opportunities to replicate or surpass their efforts.

• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key off-page SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Semrush. Prepare regular reports on the performance of off-page SEO efforts, including backlink acquisition, traffic growth, and keyword rankings.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in off-page SEO. Continuously expand your knowledge and share insights with the team to enhance overall SEO strategies.

• You will be measured on growth in high-quality organic links and referring domains.

• You must know how to problem-solve and conduct backlink gap analysis

• You will be expected to report your daily activities.

• Self-regulation is a must.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques.

• Deep knowledge of off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content promotion, and social media engagement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English

• Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Trends, Semrush).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies is a plus.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Computers is an asset.

Salary Range: INR 360000 - INR 500000 per year, Vacation Benefits and Bonuses extra.
