Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Architect

Location: Dallas, TX or Remote working PST time zone

Relevant Experience: 10-12+ Years

Technology: Strong OTBI/BIP - Cloud ERP Technical

Role Responsibilities:

·        Manage all technical aspect of Oracle Cloud implementation/support projects.

·        Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business needs through technology solutions.

·        Interact with client teams to understand their requirement and design robust solutions.

·        Working with internal teams in onsite offshore model.

·        Travelling to the client location.

Overall Qualifications:

·        Cloud ERP Technical knowledge for areas General Ledger, Expense, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Assets Management.

·        Worked extensively on Oracle BI Reports, OTBI Reports, Inbound/Outbound integrations and Data Conversions using FBDI templates. 

·        Extensive experience in BI extracts and BI Reports using rtf, etext and Excel template and Bursting.

• Extensive knowledge of SQL.
• Oracle Database/schema knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials modules.
• OTBI Subject areas knowledge.
• Writing custom BIP reports based on business requirements.
• Building OTBI analytics and dashboards.
• Configuration of supporting Structures to support report development.
• Additional knowledge areas that would assist in this role:
• Report Bursting
• RTF, Excel, CSV templates, Sub-Templates.

• The role will involve working with the business to understand their requirements and determine the best fit solution using either OTBI or BIP before writing design documentation and developing the report.
• A key component of this role will be to work with the business to help them understand where OTBI can offer a quicker or more visual solution than BIP with a long term goal of helping to educate some business super users to use OTBI themselves.
• It will be critical that the successful candidate is comfortable presenting and guiding users on OTBI, the security constraints and best fit used cases for leveraging OTBI over BIP.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Supply chain application with full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience.

·        Experience in full life-cycle project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Roll-out.

·        Experience with BIP, OTBI, ADFDI.

·        Experience in integrating ERP could with other systems using middleware, WebServices.

·        Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and to design technical concepts.

·        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        MS Computer Science or MCA Masters of Computer Applications or BE Compuer or BE Electronics

·        Development experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premise ERP

·        Experience with XML, WebService, Oracle OIC, MuleSoft, JAVA is plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05/16/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,700/Year to $149,500 /Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
