What you’ll do
As the Operations Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the intersection of marketing and operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will support various marketing initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and help streamline processes to maximize efficiency. Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
Assist with budget tracking and vendor management, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within budget.
Help optimize internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Handle various administrative tasks related to marketing and operations as
It’s a perfect match if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in marketing or operations, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email
marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Passion for marketing and a desire to grow within the role.
The pay range for this role is $75,000- $100,000 total compensation. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
