What you’ll do

As the Operations Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the intersection of marketing and operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will support various marketing initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and help streamline processes to maximize efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of a growing start-up.

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and events.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

  • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

  • Assist with budget tracking and vendor management, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within budget.

  • Help optimize internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or operations, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email

  • marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges.

  • Passion for marketing and a desire to grow within the role.

The pay range for this role is $75,000- $100,000 total compensation. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
