We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager that will join our fast-paced, high impact Business Operations Team to focus on our vendor partnerships. You will be responsible for assisting with day to day vendor management including implementing new processes, managing outsource workstream onboarding, contributing to new process launches, and supervising vendor performance. You will work with all collaborators across our Spotify Advertising Sales organization including Customer Success, Sales Operations, Pricing & Inventory and Marketing. You must be professional, organized and have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations of vendor teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

  • Monitor, assess, and enhance the performance of outsource teams by providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement strategies.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to scope new workstreams and assess vendor feasibility/requirements.

  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent workflow across teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational workflows with overall business goals.

  • Track key performance indicators (critical metrics) to evaluate the effectiveness of outsource resources and operational processes.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, identifying successes, areas for improvement and overall workflow updates.

  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and drive continuous operational improvement.

  • Manage vendor training schedule in collaboration with our Sales Enablement team.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on priorities.

  • Serve as a key point of escalation for internal stakeholders to address urgent requests, errors or required workflow updates.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ad operations, account management, campaign management or project management

  • Strong digital ad media experience preferred

  • Previous vendor management experience a plus

  • You excel at finding opportunities for process improvement and have a track record of implementing strategies that drive operational efficiency

  • You have the ability to handle and self-manage involvement in multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities

  • You have excellent dexterity with the Google and Microsoft suites of products, including Excel and PowerPoint, and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • You are a highly organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • You believe in the power of teamwork, are a team player and are excited about the opportunity to learn and grow at Spotify

Where You'll Be

  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the EST time zone as long as we have awork location.

The United States base range for this position is $84,679 to $120,970, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
