We're looking for a structured and execution-driven Operations Manager who thrives in the complexity of scaling SaaS platforms. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead two critical functions at Blossom: Platform Operations and Customer Implementations. This role is the operational backbone of our growth ensuring our SaaS platform scales reliably while customers onboard successfully and efficiently. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, operational excellence, and enterprise software delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Own operational reliability, scalability, and performance across our multi-cluster SaaS platform
  • Define and enforce operational standards, SLAs, and incident response processes
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across platform operations
  • Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation function
  • Ensure delivery timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the onboarding pipeline
  • Manage and develop a team of technical leads and individual contributors
  • Define KPIs and build visibility into operational and delivery performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Translate business objectives into operational execution plans

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in technical operations, cloud operations, or software delivery within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • 3+ years managing technical teams or team leads
  • Proven track record leading operational transformations and scaling initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with customer onboarding or enterprise implementations
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform reliability principles
  • Excellent communication skills comfortable presenting to executives and working across teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking operational KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven automation and productivity tools
  • Background in multi-cluster or distributed platform environments
  • Familiarity with operational frameworks (ITIL, SRE practices, etc.)
