Operations Analyst AI-Driven Fintech Platform (Remote)

The platform is live, growing fast, and well funded. Were looking for a junior to mid-level Operations Analyst whos excited about using AI to work smarter, not harder. Youll help improve the way our platform runs day-to-day and support the broader team by turning complex, manual processes into streamlined, intelligent systems.

What Youll Do

• Support and improve operational workflows across teams and systems

• Use AI tools to analyze data, track platform performance, and generate actionable insights

• Help automate recurring tasks in operations, due diligence, compliance, and reporting

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, marketing, and compliance teams to improve how we work and serve customers

• Assist in documenting and improving internal policies, support processes, and operating procedures

• Identify inefficiencies and take initiative to make things run smoother, faster, and with more consistency

How Youll Use AI

This role is ideal for someone whos curious and hands-on with AI toolsand wants to use them to make a real difference across the business. Heres where AI will come into play:

• Data Analysis: Spot trends in platform performance and user activity

• Insights: Generate dashboards and summaries for internal decision-making and customer-facing reports

• Automation: Help build repeatable workflows for reviews, documentation, and tracking

• Compliance: Support financial compliance processes by automating common review steps

• Knowledge Ops: Maintain and improve SOPs and internal documentation using AI tools

• Team Support: Share and promote useful AI-based tools or workflows that improve team efficiency

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 17years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related role

• Are interested in fintech, lending, or complianceand ready to learn quickly

• Enjoy finding ways to make processes more efficient and scalable

• Are comfortable working with data and learning new tools (especially AI tools)

• Are a proactive communicator and like collaborating across functions

• Love experimenting with AI tools and figuring out how they can be applied in real work

• Level: Junior to Mid-Level

• Location: Fully remote (U.S. time zones preferred)

• Experience: Fintech or compliance experience is a bonus, but not required
