About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Events and Travel Operations Specialist to take the lead on all our company travels and internal events, and occasionally lend a hand with conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and book travel, including flights and accommodations, for both simple trips and complex group journeys. Help everyone from individual employees to entire teams get where they need to go.

  • Offer support for both domestic and international travel questions and needs, ensuring everyone has the information they need for smooth travels.

  • Make sure all travel follows our company's rules and guidelines.

  • Keep an eye on travel industry trends, prices, and new tech to make sure we're getting the best deals and experiences.

  • Handle all the details for events, from picking the place to managing vendors, making sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

  • Work closely with department heads to put together great team events.

  • Manage event budgets to get the most bang for our buck.

  • Work with vendors and suppliers to lock in the services we need.

  • Set up timelines and schedules so every event goes off without a hitch.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure we get quality service without breaking the bank.

  • Take charge of the tech we use for organizing travel.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You should be fluent in Russian and English.

  • You've got at least 5 years of experience in organizing events and managing travel plans.

  • You're great at adapting quickly when things change.

  • You've successfully organized team activities before.

  • You're experienced in arranging travel for a global team, working across different time zones.

  • You're good at project management, and know how to run things smoothly and improve how things are done.

What We Offer
