Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change-making team is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager located in Colombia. Oncology Clinical Operations Specialist Colombia (Remote) As a key member of the Clinical Operations Team based in Latin America, you will play a pivotal role in connecting cancer patients with life-changing clinical trials. This position involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, oncologists, patient recruitment experts, business intelligence analysts, and AI developers to ensure seamless patient enrollment and trial coordination. You will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Global Clinical Operations, contributing to the strategic execution of clinical trial operations across international markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of oncology patients to determine trial eligibility.

  • Manage patient follow-up using our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

  • Generate and present detailed reports on patient-trial matching outcomes.

  • Deliver patient updates and insights to clients in a professional setting.

  • Coordinate with clients regarding the patient journey and trial processes.

  • Liaise with clinical trial sites to facilitate patient enrollment and onboarding.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A medical degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in patient care and clinical research.

  • Strong knowledge of oncology and clinical trial protocols.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data types including claims, EMR, and NGS testing.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and basic computer applications.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Native or C2-level proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed (no travel restrictions).

  • Passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and improving patient outcomes.
