Onboarding Consultant
***This position is Remote*** Job Summary
This positionis responsible forprovidingthe functionalsolutionexpertiseto the customer during the onboarding process. Create and deliver workflow analysis presentations as well as organization build workshops. Conduct validation sessions for organization build, trial conversions,Smart Start, training plans,product analysis, and professional services statements of work (PST-SOW). This positionis responsible foroversight of end users, superuser, and other training delivered during the onboarding process.Managingthe coordination of thecontracttrainers, as well as ensuring the proper transfer of knowledge from workflow analysis and organization building workshops to the superuser and end user training.This position focuses oncustomers in all segments of thebusiness, including Private Practice and Strategic Accounts.
What you will do
Coordinate theexecution of thedefinedcustomer training planswith the trainers.Schedule, create work assignments, andinform contracttrainers that provide superuser, enduser, and other training needs thatare delivered during the onboarding process.Conduct knowledge transfer discussions with trainers to providecustomer expectations, specific workflow needsandchange managementstrategies.
Complete Workflow Analysis and/oroversee atrainer that completes theonsiteWorkflow Analysis.
Work with the customer to complete the Organization BuildWorkshopsorSmartStartsand validation. Schedule and conduct planning, building, and validation workshops with the customer.During these workshops, you willassistthe customer in theconstructionof their database to meet the goals and needs of their organization.
Management of project tasks, add on training, and post Go Live tasks.Assistand collaborate with the projectmanager. AfterStrategic Account or DSOcustomers Go Live,continue tooversee and managethe remainingtasks and training that cannot be completed prior to the live conversion.
Recognize and provide input into process improvement.Leadprocess improvementeffortsas needed.
Work with other team membersas needed to operationalize new professional service offerings.
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to adviseonthe successful onboarding of Henry Schein ONE purchased solutions as needed.
worktoward andassistin the achievement of individual, team, department, and company goals.
Manage multiple/simultaneous Onboarding projects and resolve customer escalations.
Travel/Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications Must have:
Typically, 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
Typically, a bachelors degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of practice management solution training or management, relevant Dental Industry experience, or SolutionConsulting experience with software in a SaaS Cloud environment.
Dental Software Experience (Dentrix Ascend/Core/Enterprise, Dental Technologyorothersoftware)
Ability to see and present 'the big picture, uncoverbusiness challengesandarchitect solutions to solve customer problems.
Strongcustomer-facingand relationship-building skills
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills; needs analysis, positioning, business justification, andclosing techniques.
Demonstratesa high levelofproficiencywith customers in the Strategic Accounts segment with a deep understanding of the problems facing the complexities of large DSOs and NDSOs
Highdegree of understanding with competitive products.
Nice to have: Dental or medical experience preferred. The posted range for this position is which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range. The posted base range for this position is $60,000 - $74,000.This is the expected range for an employee who is new to the role, to fully proficient in the role.
