Job Description
Location: Remote
The Onboarding Associate is a key member of the Practice Integration team. This role oversees and drives processes across Privia teams, the onboarding of new providers at our partnered Care Centers, post-live data imports for electronic medical records and manages key projects for functional and market-based teams within Practice Integration. The Associate serves as the primary point of contact and project leader, ensuring that the new providers have a thorough onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will meticulously and proactively manage and coordinate data imports for electronic medical records in post-live care centers.
Essential Job Duties:
Serve as subject matter expert and lead for the New Provider Onboarding process across all new and existing markets
Address roadblocks, anticipate challenges before they occur, and ensure a smooth and timely Provider onboarding experience by working with the Privia teams including but not limited to Implementation, Training, New Provider Recruitment, Credentialing, Operations and Population Health teams
Identify areas for process improvement, issue management, and execute strategic plans by working internally within Practice Integration and with other relevant departments
Lead, coordinate, and manage activity between Privia Internal team stakeholders that apply to projects simultaneously
Maintain a proficiency of the department wide project management tool - Monday.com
Oversee the post-live data import process, from initial data collection to final import into the EHR system
Serves as the primary point of contact for any data import-related inquiries and provide training and support to care center staff on data import procedures and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Meeting management/coordination experience preferred
Experience with project management tools preferred
Experience with data collection, reporting, and document management preferred
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:
Ability to mitigate risk and effectively manage autonomous time
Exceptional organizational skills
Process oriented with the ability to drive a project to completion
Ability to perform a variety of duties within any work-day and organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects
Strong problem-solver
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and client facing skills
Technical aptitude; excel skills, data manipulation preferred
Team approach to working with others and being collaborative
Project coordination experience
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Self-directed and resourceful
Athena or EHR experience preferred
