XRHealth is seeking a highly motivated registered OccupationalTherapist to join our expanding allied health team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and an interest in digital health, virtual reality therapy, private practice and a passion for ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing initial assessment sessions according to standards of practice and assess whether the patient is appropriate for the program
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions both individually and group focused
Documenting patient progress according to standards
Write and send comprehensive assessment, progress, and treatment summary reports to referring bodies or stakeholders as required
Requirements of the role:
Tertiary qualification as an OccupationalTherapist
Interest and experience in paediatric Occupational Therapy
Registration with AHPRA
An appropriate home office setup, including a high-speed internet connection and a computer/laptop/tablet for use in Telehealth
Excellent communication skills
An interest in the role of emerging technology in OccupationalTherapy practice
