About the team:

The Enterprise Services Engineering (ESE) team’s charter is the backbone that supports JumpCloud's growth and creates a frictionless customer experience. We provide the tools and processes which enable exponential growth supporting internal customers across the organization and our massive community of external JumpCloud users. We need you to bring your abilities to listen empathically, communicate widely, define thoughtfully, build iteratively and lead boldly to help the BSS team build JumpCloud’s exciting future.:

This is a fast-paced position with the capability to help automate the many business processes that surround our SaaS application.  

As a NetSuite Developer, You Will be Responsible for:

• Customization: The ability to modify the system to better suit the business requirements through scripting, workflows, and custom objects

• Integrations with other systems: The ability to integrate NetSuite with other systems, such as e-commerce platforms, customer relationship management systems, and financial systems.

• Developing custom solutions: NetSuite developers can develop custom solutions, strong knowledge of SuiteScript (2.0), as well as experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Configuration: The ability to set up and configure NetSuite to meet the specific needs of a business

• Testing: The ability to test and validate customizations and integrations to ensure that they are working correctly and providing the desired results

• Data Management: The ability to import, export, and manage data within NetSuite.

• Troubleshooting: The ability to diagnose and resolve issues that arise within the system, both from a technical and functional perspective. 

• Documentation: You should be responsible for documenting all the NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations for future reference.

Requirements:

• Understanding of NetSuite Modules, functionality and Customizations  

• Create custom scripts using Suite Script 2.0, Java Script based scripting language.

• Familiarity with SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow for customization and workflow automation       

• Develop, test, and implement customized solutions for the NetSuite platform including scripts, workflows, and other customizations.

• Communicate efficiently with Business Analysts, and project managers.

• Create custom forms, fields, searches, reports.

• Install required bundles and 3rd party solutions.

• Develop integrations with 3rd party systems with their APIs.

• Perform release preview testing to ensure compatibility and work with NetSuite support to resolve any issues before the upgrade.

• NetSuite Administrator, overseeing successful operation of NetSuite, performing configuration and maintenance for systems based on business needs.

You have:

• 2+ years’ experience as an Developer with NetSuite ERP.

• 2+ years of Overall software Developer.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders making requests for a variety of changes across multiple products and technologies.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development.

• Any Certification would be Plus.

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
