About You

Are you a naturopathic doctor looking to make a difference in people’s everyday lives? We are looking for a licensed naturopathic doctor interested in providing hair health coaching sessions for Nutrafol customers. The right candidate will help strengthen Nutrafol’s commitment to bringing premium, one-on-one consultations and coaching to new and existing customers. This role offers the potential to research and develop customer education resources, along with the opportunity to receive training in the world of hair health. This individual would have the opportunity to develop and implement consistent standards and practices within the realm of customer consultations. This role is a great fit for someone ready to dive into health and wellness research related to hair health and hair biology.

This is a part-time contract role; approximately 20 hours per week.

 Responsibilities

• Facilitate Nutrafol customer education.

• Utilize expertise to establish standards for administering effective hair health coaching.

• Research new approaches and lifestyle changes that can aid in supporting hair health.

• Aid in developing, innovating, and maintaining the integrative hair analysis consultation process within the Nutrafol team.

• Interpret hair mineral analysis test results and offer in-depth individualized consultations.

• Assess and counsel customer's health and diet needs related to hair health and the relationship between healthy habits and managing health and wellness.

• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Operations team to develop management of hair health consultations.

• Maintain a high standard of customer engagement.

• Keep up with the latest trends on nutritional science research.

• Aid with Customer Experience inquiries.

Requirements

• Naturopathic doctor licensure.

• Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

• Comprehensive knowledge of botanical, nutraceutical, and mind body medicine.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency with Google Suite.

• Strong presentation and training skills.

• Have a passion for learning and a desire to research science, health, and wellness.

• Ability to analyze and provide guidance surrounding health and wellness and supplement use.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

• A self-starter who is excited to help others.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $60 USD per hour. Please note that the benefits listed below are available to full-time, benefits-eligible Nutrafol employees and contract hires are not currently eligible for benefits as listed below.
