Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder and GTM Transformation Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst with at least 5 years of experience, you will play a vital role in building and supporting critical Anaplan models that support our GTM Transformation Initiatives and day-to-day business. You will be comfortable working independently and proactively to coordinate with our internal business teams (customers) and internal data providers to seek clarification and resolution when data provided does not meet the business requirements.
You will work with GTM Operations internal customers such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance to support our suite of Anaplan tools as well as ad-hoc projects that will include process documentation, some data analysis and reporting. You will work with a combined team of Business Systems Architects, Business Systems Analysts and Sales Operations to keep our Go-To-Market programs world-class.
What you will do:
1. Document new and existing business processes, working cross-functionally to understand issues, stakeholders, workflow and drive consensus across all involved parties. 2. Build Anaplan models to support new and existing business processes for the GTM organization. Audit and improve models for best practices and optimal performance while balancing user experience. 3. Triage and troubleshoot Anaplan issues raised by end users including access, data discrepancies, enablement questions, etc. Responsible for working with end users to understand problems and coordinate as needed to resolve. 4. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and streamline data collection processes. Troubleshoot integration issues and failures and resolve issues. 5. System Administration tasks such as user access management, updating application access, enablement support documentation 6. Collaborate with business stakeholders, including managers, analysts, and executives, to understand reporting requirements and data needs. Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions that meet stakeholders' needs. 7. Ad-hoc reporting including extraction of large datasets to analyze and understand behaviors, outcomes, and impacts to the business. Make recommendations on improvements and solutions. What you bring to the table: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline. 2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a data analyst and/or Anaplan model builder specifically with expertise in Anaplan, consulting, data analysis and process improvement or some combination thereof. Experience in deploying and maintaining tools is critical. 3. Anaplan Model Builder: Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Anaplan tools including knowledge of software development lifecycle, ALM, build best practices, DISCO methodology, UAT, user access management, etc. 4. Business Process Documentation: Capable working with cross-functional stakeholders to interview, understand, and document business processes and workflows. 5. Data analysis skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in Excel or other data manipulation tools to clean, transform, and analyze data required, experience in SQL and ETL is a plus. 6. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of data and presentations. Ability to review and validate data for completeness and correctness. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to tailor presentations to different audience levels and objectives.
