We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, particularly with Symfony framework, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our HCM platform, implementing new features, and integrating various systems to support our clients' HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Develop, maintain, and enhance existing Symfony-based applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Design and implement object-oriented, SOLID-compliant code with a focus on scalability and maintainability

• Utilize design patterns to architect robust and flexible solutions

• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems

• Manage MySQL databases and optimize SQL queries for performance

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to technologies beyond PHP, such as nginx, Docker, Git, Redis, Elasticsearch (OpenSearch), AWS, and Twig

• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and manage applications in various environments

• Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP 7.1+ with a strong understanding of Symfony 4+ framework.

• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles, SOLID principles, and PSR standards.

• Experience with design patterns such as MVC, Factory, and Dependency Injection.

• Familiarity with RESTful API development and consumption.

• Strong database skills, including MySQL, with the ability to write efficient queries and optimize database performance.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools outside the PHP ecosystem.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
