About the Role

The People Operations Partner strengthens team performance, engagement, and retention by providing hands-on support to managers and employees. This role ensures smooth onboarding and offboarding, reduces conflict and turnover risks, and drives a high-quality employee experience while collaborating with global People Ops initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews and trend analysis.

  • Serve as the local point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, performance conversations, and conflict management.

  • Support engagement activities and team events.

  • Contribute to global HR initiatives and process improvements.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and adopt modern, tech-enabled solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in HR/People Partner roles with employee lifecycle experience.

  • Strong skills in employee relations, coaching managers, and handling sensitive cases.

  • Experience driving HR projects and partnering with managers to improve team effectiveness.

  • Solid knowledge of HR operations (onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, local labor practices).

  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret engagement and HR metrics.

  • Clear, empathetic communication and at least upper-intermediate English.
