Middle People Operations Partner
About the Role
The People Operations Partner strengthens team performance, engagement, and retention by providing hands-on support to managers and employees. This role ensures smooth onboarding and offboarding, reduces conflict and turnover risks, and drives a high-quality employee experience while collaborating with global People Ops initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews and trend analysis.
Serve as the local point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, performance conversations, and conflict management.
Support engagement activities and team events.
Contribute to global HR initiatives and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and adopt modern, tech-enabled solutions.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in HR/People Partner roles with employee lifecycle experience.
Strong skills in employee relations, coaching managers, and handling sensitive cases.
Experience driving HR projects and partnering with managers to improve team effectiveness.
Solid knowledge of HR operations (onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, local labor practices).
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret engagement and HR metrics.
Clear, empathetic communication and at least upper-intermediate English.
