Job Description
As a 3D Environment Artist, you'll be involved in creating game worlds and environments.
Your job is to create, optimize, and implement 3D assets for maps, from initial sketches to full integration into the game.
Your main responsibilities:
Creating photorealistic assets that meet the standards of modern AAA projects
Preparing assets for game engines and ensuring they run correctly in real time
Creating and configuring materials, tiles, and decals
Working with high-poly photogrammetric objects
Performance optimization and bug fixing
Qualifications
We expect you to have:
At least 2 years of experience as a 3D artist in the game development industry.
Experience creating AAA games is a plus.
Knowledge of processes:
- Knowledge of the PBR pipeline
- Creating optimized low-poly and high-quality high-poly
- Knowledge of ZBrush for Hard Surface
- Optimized UV mapping, using overlaps and trims
- Bug-free map baking
- Advanced texturing in realism: creating an object's 'history' through wear and tear, working with decals
- Working with trim sheets and tile textures
Ability to work in a team with artists, designers, and technical specialists
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Proactive, independent, and curious
Language: English at basic level, other languages will be a plus
Extra XP (a plus):
Working on a AAA project
Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity
Strong, high-quality portfolio
Advanced knowledge of ZBrush
Basic knowledge of level art and lighting
Art education

Job Description
As a 3D Environment Artist, you'll be involved in creating game worlds and environments.
