Microsoft Power Platform Architect
Design and implement governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and access controls. Ensure solutions comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Monitor platform usage and enforce responsible development practices across Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Develop reusable components, templates, and connectors to promote consistency and efficiency. Architect and govern AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including custom copilots and generative AI experiences. Establish best practices for responsible AI use, including prompt engineering, data privacy, and ethical considerations. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and conversational interfaces. Implement tools for monitoring, auditing, and managing Power Platform and Copilot Studio assets. 5+ years of experience architecting solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and security in cloud environments. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Dataverse, and integration patterns. Experience with ALM tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub). Experience with GCC High Tenants a plus Strategic Thinking: Ability to align platform capabilities with business goals and compliance requirements. Influential Communication: Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision-makers. Collaboration: Proven ability to work across departments and build consensus among diverse teams. Mentorship: Passion for coaching and enabling others, especially citizen developers and junior staff.
