We are looking for research scientists to join us in our mission. As a Member of Technical Staff (Research Scientist) you will:

• Contribute to advancing our proprietary post-training and pre-training pipeline.

• Perform game changing research to advance our models and products.

• Innovate and develop new algorithms, architectures and methods.

• Develop new capabilities for our models.

• Develop new evaluation suites for advancing capabilities.

Note that research is a gory endeavour and requires a lot of engineering pain most of the time. Role may be highly collaborative, and/or of a support nature sometimes. Independent research agenda that is aligned to our company's mission, is of course, encouraged. As a RS, the goal of research is always to improve our products and models. This role is not academic in nature. It's about developing game changers.
