Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales professional with a passion for relationship-building. The ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience in Matchmaking/Dating industry membership sales

• Previous experience with high volume outbound calls

• Minimum of two years working in a remote role

• Must have a quiet distraction-free work space

• A 4-year degree (preferred areas: psychology, business, communications, or related field) - equivalent experience will be considered

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus)

• The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism

Your Role & Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone. Using a consultative sales approach you will build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them.
