What You Will Do:
The Marketing Strategy & Operations Associate supports how marketing work gets planned, executed, and scaled. This role partners closely with marketing leadership to build structure, document processes, and improve operational efficiency across the marketing organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, workflows, and problem‑solving, and who wants to build a strong foundation in marketing operations, process design, and cross‑functional coordination.
Campaign Execution Support
Coordinate and track campaign work across teams, including intake, timelines, deliverables, and approvals to support on‑time execution
Serve as an operational point of contact between campaign owners, marketing team members, and internal stakeholders
Maintain campaign workflows, documentation, templates, and checklists to enable consistent execution and reduce rework
Track and report on campaign‑related operational metrics and provide execution updates to marketing leadership
Process Documentation & Enablement
Document marketing processes, workflows, and ways of working (e.g., intake, planning, execution, reporting)
Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, templates, checklists, and reference guides
Ensure documentation is clear, current, and accessible for the broader marketing team
Support onboarding and training materials for new marketing team members
Process Improvement & Optimization
Learn existing marketing operations processes and help identify inefficiencies or gaps
Recommend and support improvements to workflows, templates, and operational tools
Assist with standardizing processes to improve consistency and reduce rework
Help roll out new or updated processes by updating documentation and supporting adoption
Operational Reporting & Insights
Track operational metrics such as request volume, status, turnaround time, and completion
Compile regular operational updates and summaries for marketing leadership
Support the creation of internal presentations and reports
Administrative & Coordination Support
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track action items related to operational work
Coordinate calendars, shared folders, and team resources that support marketing operations
Assist with light budget, invoice, or vendor tracking tied to marketing operations
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Strategic marketing and communications mindset
Demonstrated interest in operations, process improvement, or systems thinking
Strong written communication skills, especially for documentation and process writing
Comfort managing multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, methodical way
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience documenting processes, workflows, or standard operating procedures
Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (any platform is fine)
Comfort working in spreadsheets and creating simple operational reports or trackers
Experience executing and reporting on marketing activities across a variety of channels
Public speaking skills
The annual salary range for this position is $49,000.00-$81,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
