Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote or Hybrid)

FULL-TIME / 100% Remote (Pacific to Eastern Standard Time) or Hybrid in Boston

Skedda is a leading global workplace management platform dedicated to streamlining desk and room reservations and scheduling. We serve over 7,000 customers and nearly two million users, including IBM, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Harvard University. 

Today, the product includes functionality such as floor plan visualizations, desk and meeting room booking, visitor management, and utilization reports and analytics. Skedda integrates with key workplace tools like Microsoft365, Google Workspace, and Slack; and has won awards from G2, Capterra, and SoftwareAdvice.

 

Role overview

Marketing and Revenue Operations initiatives are expanding at Skedda. We are seeking a driven and highly analytical Marketing Operations Specialist to analyze marketing and sales data, working closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing, and managing and optimizing the tools and systems used by the revenue - generating teams. 

 

Day to day responsibilities

  • Manage email and in-app marketing campaigns, from lead segmentation, to automatic routing and reporting.

  • Maintain marketing data to preserve sending reputation, increase email deliverability, and ensure accurate reporting 

  • Analyze marketing, sales, and product data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve marketing and sales performance

    • Analyze the prospect and the customer journey daily, identifying inefficiencies (e.g. poor conversion rates, low product / service adoption rates, etc.)

  • Deliver proactive and predictive data-driven insights to revenue operations leaders to enable rapid decision making

  • Develop and implement key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue-generating campaigns that support company OKRs

  • Create nurture campaigns and workflows optimized based on data such as delivery, open, click-through, and response rates.

Skills & Experience

  • Marketing best practices knowledge

  • Hubspot CRM and campaign management experience 

  • Detail oriented and process driven

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, proactive 

  • 1 - 3 years of similar experience, preferably within the B2B software or tech industry
