The Marketing Operations Specialist roleatLumivero will help manage the company’s Marketo instance with a focus on marketing campaign management in Marketo, including email marketing, webinar programs and lead generation programs.  

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with extensive Marketo experience. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns execution: 

• Building landing pages, emails, forms, target lists, processing workflows in Marketo based on the brief from Demand Gen Campaign managers 

• Web forms infrastructure: implementing, testing, troubleshooting 

• Webinars’ logistics, including Zoom set up, follow-up process, on-demand experience 

• Ensuring accurate data flow between the systems (Marketo->SFDC) 

• Ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns 

• Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance 

• Database Management: 

• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data flowing from the web forms, other integrated systems 

• Helping with data cleansing and troubleshooting 

• Marketing Processes & Documentation:

• Creating and maintaining documentation on marketing processes, Marketo system documentation 

• Project Management:

• Manage marketing operations projects tracking status to completion 

• Coordinate projects with external marketing operations agency  

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations  

• Marketo expertise, Marketo certification strongly preferred 

• Salesforce expertise 

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and B2B SaaS industry 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
