At HubSpot, we believe that our values live in our hearts, not our hallways. We want to build a company where people feel empowered to do their best work, wherever they are. Our ANZ office is located in Sydney’s CBD, however this role is open to remote workers based anywhere in Australia.

What’s the role?

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager, Demand Gen in Australia to drive revenue growth in our SMB segment across APAC. Reporting to the APAC Revenue Marketing team, you'll design and launch database marketing campaigns to surface new business and unlock cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll be the driving force behind data-driven campaigns that resonate with SMB decision-makers across APAC, creating compelling content that speaks directly to their unique challenges and aspirations to influence deal creation. You will also plan and manage in-office events in Sydney while supporting team execution of similar events in Singapore.

With your analytical mindset and creative approach, you'll continuously uncover new opportunities to optimise our marketing performance and drive measurable business results. Having knowledge and experience generating new pipelines in collaboration with sales in the SMB segment is important.

We are looking for a talented marketer who aligns with our team's values of collaboration and innovation. In addition to defining your scope of work, you’ll be working within a highly collaborative team of APAC marketers on joint initiatives including regional marquee events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a robust calendar of frequent and highly targeted campaigns and events to drive consistent pipeline for the SMB sales teams

  • Responsible for the end-to-end campaign management; from campaign ideation, content, design and execution, measurement and optimisation

  • Develop the playbook for in-office prospect events that support deeper connection and in-person experiences with prospects for the sales team

  • Become the go-to expert for our SMB segment, identifying their needs and buying behaviour and aligning campaigns to surface high intent buyers

  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Regional Marketing, Central Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and maximise results.

  • Feel comfortable working in a high paced environment, producing multiple campaigns per month

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in marketing to continuously improve strategies and gain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • You have 4-5 years’ marketing experience, preferably in a field-facing role.

  • You’re extremely analytical, leveraging data to inform all your campaigns

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable for developing and delivering programs within a very high-velocity, shifting environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

  • A clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, field marketing, and sales enablement content creation

  • Solid business acumen, with marketing or sales experience or enablement experience, is a must

  • Are an excellent communicator, writer, and storyteller in English.

What are the benefits?

  • Hybrid work environment - You can choose to work from Home, Office or Flex!

  • An education allowance up to USD$5,000 per annum

  • Unlimited Time Off Policy

  • Private health insurance allowance & annual fitness reimbursement

  • Opportunity to work with amazing colleagues who embody HubSpot’s HEART core values

  • Primary Caregiver Leave of 16 weeks and Secondary Caregiver Leave for 6 weeks

  • Check out the HubSpot Website to see all our wonderful Benefits
