Job Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Salary: $150k+ equity (DOE)

Job Description:

Our AI technology startup client is hiring a Growth Marketing Leader to join their team. This full time role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

In this role, the Growth Marketing Leader will work closely with business, creative, and product teams to increase brand recognition, engagement, and adoption.


The primary responsibilities for the successful Growth Marketing Leader include:

  • Develop creative, measurable, ROI-positive methods to create category leadership
  • Maintaining and enhance current brand recognition and content initiatives
  • Use strategic partnerships to create and maintain a viable marketing ecosystem
  • Develop, execute and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns to generate revenue
  • Reporting on campaign performance across relevant KPIs
  • Oversee budgets, planning, hiring, and business growth


Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Marketing Leader:

  • 5+ years of relevant enterprise technology marketing leadership
  • Expertise in business strategy and building multi-faceted marketing organizations
  • Demonstrable success in content marketing, growth hacking, market research, product positioning, marketing communications, PR, and advertising
  • Proven track record of creating and executing data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable financial discipline with the ability to properly plan
  • Distinguished branding prowess
  • Distinctive ability to attract and select the right people for the right position
  • Demonstrable growth experience in small, agile organizations
  • Courage to innovate and fail fast


Other Qualifications

  • Measurable success in LinkedIn and Twitter social marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Fluency in marketing to business segments and government entities
  • Successful track record of scaling teams and strategic partnerships
