Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone to join our growing marketing team as a full-time Marketing Designer. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a startup's fast-paced nature and can tackle various design tasks. This person will be a crucial part of every design aspect of the marketing funnel, so we’re looking for someone with a wide range of design knowledge, from developing web pages in Webflow to creating pitch decks and sales collateral. 

We want someone who has a can-do attitude, is excited about joining a fast-growing startup and can hit the ground running. This is a remote-based role, so you must be comfortable working synchronously and asynchronously. Our primary communication channels are Slack, Zoom, and Gmail.

In this role, you will:

• Be a crucial part of our marketing team and touch every aspect of the customer journey

• Grow our Webflow website by building out new landing pages & optimizing existing pages

• Construct compelling collateral to convince leads to choose HiHello (one-pagers, pitch decks, guides, etc.)

• Design graphics and videos that will  be used across channels and mediums (website, email campaigns, social media, events, etc.)

• Assist with A/B testing various website pages and graphics

• Work closely with the entire marketing team to brainstorm creative assets and content that will  help increase lead generation, conversion, and overall brand engagement

A few things we require:

• 3+ years of experience in a design role 

• Expertise in building and optimizing web pages in Webflow

• Expertise in using Figma (low-fi and hi-fi wireframing, App Store screenshots, graphic design, social content, ad creative, etc.)

• A good eye for UX/UIExperience in creating sales collateral and go-to-market assets

• A bold design aesthetic that pushes the envelope and avoids clichés

• Ability to utilize data analytics to make appropriate and strategic changes to marketing/branding initiatives

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• A can-do attitude and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Confidence to work in a remote environment

• An updated portfolio that represents your work history

Bonus points if you have:

• Basic SEO knowledge (i.e., Core Web Vitals)

• Photoshop or Illustrator experience

• Video design and editing experience

• Social media savvy

• Previous design experience in a tech startup

• Previous design experience in B2B marketing

$65,000 - $90,000 a year
