The Marketing Automation Associate contributes to the Marketing team by supporting marketing automation needs such as inbound lead journeys, prospect and customer email workflows, reporting and analytical requests as well as project and budget management.
Qualified applicants must possess a background in marketing automation and marketing operations with an interest in and knowledge of overall demand generation.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will work with internal stakeholders to understand our overall marketing goals and needs, ensuring that campaigns are built, tracked, and reported on successfully.
What You'll Do
Build and execute campaign and marketing automation needs such as workflows, triggers, UTMs, emails, CTAs, and forms
Support reporting needs such as building Hubspot reports and dashboards, Salesforce campaigns and dashboards, and other analytical needs that show visibility into how marketing campaigns and channels are performing and how we are tracking to our overall KPIs
Assist with key data hygiene processes such as import/export file configuration and list building
Help generate back end analytics reports in HubSpot and Google Analytics
Support Marketing email and communications calendar
Work with Marketing stakeholders to ensure projects are planned correctly and on track to meet deadlines including overall campaigns, emails, content, design and website needs
Support all Marketing tech functions including Hubspot, Optimizely, Demandbase and others
Work with Finance and Marketing leadership teams to analyze and track all Marketing expenditures, actuals, invoices and allotments to ensure Marketing is keeping a balanced budget
Understand and respond to all budget inquires and budget forecast needs
What We'll Expect From You
1-2+ years of Marketing Automation and/or Marketing Operations experience including implementing, maintaining and optimizing automation software
Knowledge of demand generation, customer engagement, digital and email marketing best practices
Ability to prioritize key tasks and deadlines in a results driven environment
Focused on achieving pipeline and revenue goals, not just leads
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders is imperative
Solution-oriented and positive when posed with challenges
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
Having a knack for troubleshooting and investigation
