What We're Looking For
Do you possess a discerning eye for market trends and a strategic mind for translating data into actionable insights? We are hiring for a Market Intelligence Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive market insights strategy. The Market Intelligence Manager will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support strategic decision-making. The Market Intelligence Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a comprehensive view of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Market Intelligence Function: Lead the establishment and management of a robust market intelligence function, ensuring Welltech maintains a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and evolving industry trends.
Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive challenges. Analyze market data from various sources to generate insights on customer behavior, market conditions, and competitor activities whilst developing market forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic planning. Identify both potential opportunities and emerging threats to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop Market Insights and Recommendations: Transform complex market data into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Present compelling narratives that effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders across various departments. Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize Welltech's business strategy.
Foster Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. Ensure market intelligence is effectively integrated into all aspects of the business strategy. Present market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Lead Competitive Intelligence Program: Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence program, providing continuous updates on competitor strategies, product launches, and market positioning. Compile and distribute regular competitive intelligence reports to key stakeholders.
Monitor Industry Landscape: Proactively monitor emerging technologies, industry shifts, and regulatory changes that could impact Welltech's business. Anticipate future trends and their potential implications for the company.
Engage with External Experts: Collaborate with external experts, conducting interviews and. utilize their expertise to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the market.
Required skills
Proven experience in market research, business development, management consulting, investment banking, competitive intelligence, or strategic planning, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis methodologies, market research techniques, and MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex market insights in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify key market trends and their impact on Welltech's business objectives.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative spirit and a proven track record of building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
