Manager, Software Engineering - Mobile

What you’ll do at Figma:

• Manage, support and grow our team of engineers who build our iOS and Android applications. 

• Partner with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for the iOS and Android team. 

• Work closely with Product, Research, Design, and Data, as well as with other engineering teams to define and build a best-in-class mobile experience.

• Guide the team in planning and executing a technical roadmap, using the latest Apple technologies (Swift and SwiftUI); and the latest Android technologies (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, coroutines and flows) that will provide the foundation for future feature development with great performance.  

• Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization.
