The Manager, Operations Implementation is responsible for leading and overseeing a team for end-to-end new client implementations. The position requires great project management, training and teamwork skills to coordinate the tasks associated with each implementation. A successful applicant will have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead on project tasks and timelines. The applicant will be required to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. The combination of technical know how, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to success.

  • Coach, correct, and realign members of the team that are not performing to the standards set.

  • Use Monday.com to track metrics, project details, and deadlines.

  • Manage team’s expense reports for accuracy and timeliness of submission.

  • Manage team’s vacation requests to guarantee that the work is being completed and vacation is not abused.

  • Hold weekly department meetings to review current projects, process improvement, and future needs of the team.

  • Conduct one-on-ones with each team member monthly to address current issues, celebrate successes, and guide in professional development and development of the team’s processes.

  • Train new team members to utilize all current tools to be successful in their position.

  • Report team metrics to your director with an action plan if necessary.

  • Work on special projects as needed.

  • Identify potential project pitfalls, and spearhead resolutions for escalations.

  • Review all projects produced by the team to ensure quality and completeness.

  • Hold your team accountable to goals and to displaying our core values daily.

  • Develop members of the team for other possible positions inside R365.

  • Evaluate process and iterate on it for improved efficiencies and increased outcomes

  • Support all phases of the Customer Journey with decisions made in Onboarding to ensure positive outcomes both upstream and downstream.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesiveness across the company.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years Previous team leader / management experience.

  • A proven track record as an implementation manager. You consistently complete projects accurately and are knowledgeable on all areas of the R365 Operations.

  • A strong understanding of all platforms and tools used by the team and have the ability to explain them for best practice use. You should be the one on your team that people turn to when they have a question.

  • Fantastic communication skills. Understand how to speak to different people on your team and across the company.

  • An ability to teach and coach effectively. A natural born leader.

  • Strong organization and time-management skills. The ability to work independently without supervision.

  • Advanced certifications such as PMP, Microsoft, etc. preferred

  • Accountability for Others - Being responsible for the consequences of the actions of those whom you manage.

  • Expectation Setting - The ability to confront controversial or difficult issues in an objective manner; the ability to have empathy yet set firm expectations when dealing with performance or personal related issues.

  • Developing Others - The ability to understand the needs, interests, strengths, and weaknesses of others and to utilize this information to contribute to the growth and development of the team.

  • Initiative - The ability to direct one’s energies toward the completion of a goal, without an external catalyst; the ability to initiate actions based on one’s own interpretation or understanding of a situation.

R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks

  • This position has a salary range of $85,000-$95,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
