As a member of our Product Support Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to build out our Moderation team’s strategy and roadmap. In this role, you will work cross functionally with key partners such as Product, Legal, Anti-abuse, and Community to help build safe customer experiences. We are looking for a seasoned marketplace moderation leader to join our team who is passionate about creating a culture where ongoing growth and development thrive.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Define the moderation strategy for our community marketplace and future products

  • Lead a team of community platform specialists and help to drive operational excellence

  • Ensure compliance with Figma’s legal obligations and community policies 

  • Report out on the impact of the team and rhythm of the business

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product Support, Legal, Anti-abuse, Security, Community, and Product. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2+ years of management experience

  • Experience in moderation / trust and safety

  • Experience writing and/or collaborating on moderation policies

  • Understanding of GDPR, DSA, DMCA, etc.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working within a company/team that has a public marketplace

  • Experience working alongside external vendors
