We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement to join our GTM Enablement team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of GTM Enablement to execute our team engagement strategy, ensuring the seamless rollout of training, processes, and tools across our revenue teams.

Your ability to partner cross functionally, orchestrate training sessions, live workshops and deliver revenue generating programs and resources will be crucial in supporting the growth and efficiency of our Sales and Customer Success teams. What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and develop relevant content and materials

  • Lead live training sessions and workshops for revenue teams, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention

  • Manage the rollout of new tools and processes, providing necessary training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Serve as a point of contact for revenue teams, providing ongoing support and resources to enable their success

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product, industry trends, and best practices in PR management

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the revenue teams

  • 4+ years experience in GTM enablement or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate live training sessions and workshops.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives

  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of PR management and the unique challenges faced by PR professionals a plus

Salary

Total compensation for this role is between $97,000 and $117,000+, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
