Founded by the original creators of LinkedIn DataHub and Airbnb Dataportal, and backed by top-tier venture capital firms, Acryl Data combines deep technical expertise with a proven track record in building industry-leading data platforms.

Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager, Field Marketing Manager to drive event programs and regional marketing initiatives across our key markets. This role will be central to our growth, executing marketing programs that generate pipeline and deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate brings strong event logistics expertise, a commercial mindset, and the ability to partner closely with our sales team to ensure every program drives real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Execute field marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets, with a focus on programs that directly drive pipeline

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs, including tradeshows, conferences, roadshows, and customer workshops, with strong attention to logistics and detail

Event Management

  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing events — from initial selection and strategy through on-site management and post-event follow-up

  • Own the end-to-end management of field marketing events, including community events, tradeshows, conferences, and customer events

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth setup, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure flawless delivery

  • Measure and report on event ROI and impact on pipeline generation

  • Coordinate with executive and C-suite speakers on event participation, managing deadlines for abstracts, talk tracks, and deliverables with patience and persistence

  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and contractors, overseeing deliverables and ensuring programs are executed on time and on budget

Team Leadership

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and oversee external contractors and agencies to execute field marketing programs

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation to align on program goals and maximize impact

  • Run sales-aligned programs with a commercial lens, ensuring events and campaigns are focused on generating meetings and pipeline for the sales team

Required Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years focused on field marketing and events

  • Hands-on experience planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and field events — including logistics management, booth coordination, and shipping

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams and approach every program with a commercial mindset — focused on generating meetings and revenue

  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and contractors

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data management, governance, or related enterprise software markets

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree

  • Experience with ABM strategies and technologies

  • International marketing experience

Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding objectives

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

How we work

Remote first. We're a fully-distributed company, and our interaction culture is deliberately mixed between meeting culture and written. We're writing-focused because it forces clarity of thought; and we have plenty of synchronous time to give space for collaborative ideation.

DataHub is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and inclusion. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, military and veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
